Song Request Troubleshooting

Basic Checks

1. Enable Song Requests

   • Go to Settings → Song Requests
   • Ensure "Enable Song Requests" is ON
   • Check command settings (!song)

2. Twitch Integration

   • Verify Twitch account is connected
   • Check channel permissions
   • Ensure you're live on Twitch

3. Spotify/YouTube Music

   • Confirm music service is connected
   • Check account permissions
   • Verify playback is working

Permission Issues

Twitch Permissions

• Read Chat: Required for command detection
• Channel Points: If using channel points
• Bits: If using bits for requests
• Moderator: For skip commands

User Permissions

• All Users: Anyone can request
• Subscribers Only: Limit to subscribers
• Moderators Only: Restrict to mods
• Custom: Set specific requirements

Command Configuration

Default Commands

• !song [track] - Request a song
• !queue - View current queue
• !skip - Skip current song
• !now - Show current song

Custom Commands

1. Go to Settings → Commands
2. Add custom command
3. Set permissions
4. Configure cooldown

Advanced Settings

• Cooldown: Time between requests
• Queue Limit: Maximum songs in queue
• Cost: Channel points or bits required
• Blocklist: Prevented songs/artists

Troubleshooting Steps
